Need to return something?
GenTran Returns Policy. No returns may be made without GenTran authorization, regardless of reason. Standard products of current design, if new, unopened and unused in the original factory carton, will be considered for return within 12 months from date of invoice, subject to a retesting/inspection/restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price, less original freight and taxes. Return transportation must be prepaid. Goods manufactured to special order are not subject to return. Product shipped in error will receive full credit. All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued PRIOR to returning the product, available by contacting GenTran at 1-888-GEN-TRAN. Returned goods must include a copy of original invoice, a copy of the RGA form, and the RGA number (provided by GenTran) written on the invoice and outside of the box. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN FREIGHT. Your credit will be processed as soon as your return is inspected. TO INITIATE A RETURN, PLEASE FILL OUT THIS FORM, AND CLICK SUBMIT. |
